Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can make your orders confidently as we have an easy Refund Policy. You can choose to return your order back, claim a refund and exchange it within the time frame set by the Company. Your refund request will be processed within 15 working days onset of the date by which you make the request. The amount will be credited back to your account after we receive the purchased product. A delay of 5 to 7 working days may occur to get the amount credited back.

There are a set of conditions which are listed below to process with Cancellation/Refund-

• Strikes, hartal, lock-outs or other industrial unrest.
• Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
• Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster calamities.
• Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport conveyance.
• Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
• The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions by the government/court.
